Personal training sessions can be what you want them to be, they are tailored to you. If you are interested in improving your fitness and are trying to lose weight we can keep track of your progress throughout your training program with weekly measurements and fitness assessments.
Depending on your goals we can set up a program where we meet once per week, twice, or even three times per week for your chosen training time. We will go through and figure out what it is you would like to work on and how we can help you to achieve your goals.
Personal training clients are required to have a current gym membership with B Fitness which is calculated into your total fee. Training sessions are $25 for 30-45 minute sessions. Bundle multiple sessions to save on training fees.
