Brigitte is a Central College graduate with a degree in Exercise Science-Health Promotion (2010). She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (2011) and a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certified Registered Yoga Teacher (2014) with re-certification occurring every 2 years. In 2019 Brigitte completed the online Yoga Shred certification and in 2020 received her plant-based nutrition certificate from Rouxbe's Forks Over Knives program.

She is continuously learning and would love to assist you in a private yoga class or personal training session if there are specific goals you have in mind or if there is anything that may be keeping you from participating in a group class. Every body is capable of exercise and of increased health and longevity. 


Private Yoga sessions can be scheduled from 30 minutes up to an hour. All levels are welcome. If our regular scheduled classes don't work for you or if you have specific concerns or goals, this is a great alternative. Brigitte uses chairs in several of her classes that help those who may not be able to get up and down off the floor or for those who feel more comfortable with a chair for balance. Chair Yoga does not necessarily mean "easy" yoga, but is a great tool. 

Small groups are also welcome to sign up for personalized classes. 


Personal training sessions can be what you want them to be, they are tailored to you. 

Depending on your goals we can set up a program where we meet once per week, twice, or even three times per week for your chosen training time. We will go through and figure out what it is you would like to work on and how we can help you to achieve your goals. 

Personal training clients are required to have a current gym membership with B Fitness which is calculated into your total fee. Training sessions are $25 for 30 minute sessions. Bundle multiple sessions to save on training fees.
