B FITNESS + YOGA
Brenda & Brigitte did their 200hr training in Power Yoga. The style of yoga they teach can be placed underneath the Vinyasa Yoga spectrum, connecting asanas (yoga postures) to pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) to help connect and bring peace to the mind and body.
Yoga classes will help increase flexibility, build strength, improve balance, and help aid in stress relief.
Intensity of classes varies, some will include more stretching and the use of props (bolsters, blocks, yoga straps) while others will move at a quicker pace and focus on twisting, inversions, or balancing poses.

YOGA SHRED is a 20-minute Tabata-Style class that incorporates yoga-inspired movements done at a quicker pace to build strength and improve cardiovascular endurance.
