YOGA @ 6:15 - 7:15 pm 


WEDNESDAY:  

YOGA @ 5:15 - 6:15 pm

THURSDAY: 
SLOW FLOW YOGA @ 6:15 - 7:15 pm 


SATURDAY:
YOGA @ 8:00 am (TBD)

Schedule is subject to change weekly as we monitor COVID in our community. During times of high cases and community spread classes will likely not be held. 

Please contact us if you would like to sign up for classes. Classes are capped at 8 participants in order to abide by social distancing guidelines. Masks are worn during indoor yoga classes.

 

MORE ABOUT CLASSES AT B FITNESS

Brenda & Brigitte completed their 200-hour teacher training at Power Life Yoga in Des Moines in 2014 and received their Yin and Restorative Yoga Certificate in 2016.

Yoga classes will help increase flexibility, build strength, improve balance, and help aid in stress relief. Both Brenda and Brigitte encourage body awareness and modifications to make poses fit to your body instead of the other way around. 

Intensity of classes varies, some will include more stretching and the use of props (bolsters, blocks, yoga straps) while others will move at a quicker pace and focus on twisting, inversions, or balancing poses.

PARKING 
There is a public parking lot along the alley behind our building, its entrance is on 2nd street.

There is also parking available along Main Street, 2nd Street, or Benton Avenue.
