WEDNESDAY:
YOGA @ 5:15 - 6:15 pm (with Brigitte)
SLOW FLOW @ 6:30 to 7:30 pm (with Brenda)
SATURDAY:
YOGA @ 8:00 - 9:00 am
Classes are held upstairs in the studio and outside if the weather allows. Please contact us if you would like to attend.

Brenda and Brigitte completed their 200-hour teacher training at Power Life Yoga in Des Moines in 2014 and received their Yin and Restorative Yoga Certificate in 2016.
Yoga (asana) classes will help increase flexibility, build strength, improve balance, and help aid in stress relief.
Yoga is so much more than the physical poses (asana) and we encourage you to broaden your study of the 8 limbs of yoga as we continue to learn ourselves. Our classes are Asana-based with some Pranayama (breath exercises) focus.

PARKING
There is a public parking lot along the alley behind our building, its entrance is on 2nd street.
There is also parking available along Main Street or 2nd Street.
